How to use
1. Prep skin with toner after cleansing.
2. Unfold the mask and place it on the face, avoiding the eye and mouth area.
3. Leave the mask on for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Remove and gently pat your skin to absorb the remaining essence.
Tips: Place the mask in the refrigerator before use to enhance the cooling and soothing effects.

I used this mask daily for a week and my skin has never felt and look better. The mask does have a cooling effect which is amazing at calming my skin. My daily skincare routine also includes the carrotene foam cleanser and serum. I like how there's no fragrance which can smell overpowering and might cause my sensitive skin to flare up. All in all, im a satisfied user of the carrotene line!
