HOW TO USE

1. After cleansing, place a Carrotene IPMP™ Instant Calming Serum Pads on each cheek, forehead, or chin area.
2. Leave the pad on for at least 3 minutes and tap in the remaining serum after removal.
Tip: Let it soak in for a while before you apply the Vitamin Serum for less stickiness.
3. Pump 2-3 drops of Vitamin ACE Brightening Serum and then apply to your face. This serum can be applied under the eye area, avoiding the eye itself.
4. For daytime use, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater.
5. For nighttime use, apply to clean skin before sleep so that the 'Vitamin Buffet' can get to work on your skin while you sleep.
Note: Avoid applying it on areas with active acne, areas that have undergone dermatological treatments (such as open wounds from fillers or other injections), or other areas that may experience irritation.

    • How often can I use this product?

      You can use this product both day and night. Try using it before makeup in the morning and after a shower before you go to bed! Don't forget to apply sunscreen when using Vitamin Serum for daytime use

      I have acne-prone/ sensitive skin. Can I use this product?

      When I apply the 20% Vitamin A.C.E. Brightening Serum, I feel a slight tingling sensation, is this normal?

      This vitamin C serum contains a high concentration of Ascorbic Acid (16%), Therefore, if it’s your first time using vitamin C in your skincare, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This natural phenomenon frequently occurs when actives are applied. A short adjustment period is necessary, and it is recommended to start small and gradually increase the frequency of use. If the discomfort persists we recommend stopping using it and consulting a dermatologist.

      How do I layer this product with other actives in my routine?

      In general, vitamin C works well with retinol, niacinamide, panthenol and other vitamin derivatives. Due to individual differences, it is recommended to always conduct a patch test on your inner arm before using skincare products. When using vitamin C, be extra careful not to mix it with chemical exfoliants such as AHA, BHA or PHAs in the same routine. It can irate the skin, and prevent vitamin C from absorbing and being effective because their pH levels do not match. It is recommended to use the A.C.E. serum in the morning and exfoliants at night.

      How much vitamins does this serum contain?

      This serum contains 20% vitamin complex which falls in the optimal absorption range (15-20%). A concentration that is below or above this range does not effectively gets absorbed into the skin

      My hand turned yellow while applying it! Is my skin going to turn yellow?

      Absolutely not! Your hand might turn yellow while applying it because of the vitamin C substance. However, it doesn't mean your skin will eventually turn yellow.
